Homeopathy is effective at treating herpes, vaginal warts and other sexually transmitted diseases. It is especially good at clearing up any residue from past episodes of non-specific urethritis, or gonorrhea in the past, or women who suffer constant thrush ever since starting sexual relations.Mary had been diagnosed with gonorrhoea, a venereal disease, two days after the birth of her second child. She had caught it years previously, and now her son had a discharge in his eyes that tested positive to gonorrhoea. She did not have any symptoms of active gonorrhoea, but she did have a history of chronic gynaecological problems and ovulation pains. It looked as though her past of sex, drugs, and rock and roll might be catching up with her in an unpleasant way. Although her lifestyle now was very healthy, the earlier years of neglecting the needs of her body had compromised the ability of her immune system to completely throw off an infection. After I prescribed the appropriate homeopathic remedy , the vaginal discharge increased for a few weeks, after which her gynaecological problems improved. She also said she felt brilliant emotionally: she was much more confident and energetic than before. I also gave her son a few doses of the same remedy, which cleared up his eye problems.case 2;Jenny was plagued with genital warts. She had returned countless times to the hospital clinic over the previous few years to have the warts burnt off, but they would always quickly return in greater numbers, until she had dozens of them. She came to me in despair, and was amazed when all the warts disappeared after only two or three treatments with homeopathy. I had prescribed the remedy Staphysagria, primarily because of her frustration about her unhappy sexual relationships, which seemed to be at the core of her problems. After treatment, she decided to extricate herself from the unsatisfying and obsessive relationship she was embroiled in.
